Pulsed Amperometric Detector for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
FeaturesWide application fields
The measuring method is classified into three modes (pulsed amperometry and potential scan) by the
difference of potential patterns and signal transfer. The flow cell of the ED703 Pulse can be adapted
to the various analyses only by exchange of the optional working electrode, diamond and gold.
Easy maintenance
The assembly and disassembly of the flow cell are carried out by finger-tightening without a special tool.
A excellent reproducibility of carbohydrate analysis is performed by combination of the gold electrode
with the pulsed amperometric mode.
Standard equipment of cell oven
The cell oven is fitted up with the ED703 Pulse as a standard equipment. Extremely high stable
analysis is obtained because of a constant temperature of flow cell. Also, the connection of a
separation column and a flow cell becomes the shortest, because this oven can establish a column
up to 25 cm long.
