| 2.Concentration |
| The eluate is concentrated. It is possible to perform elution, concentration
and quantitative work by using the GL-SPE concentrate tube with a receiving
container. Nitroogen generator NM910 is recommended for quick nitrogen
purge. |

Nitrogen purge + sucking method is effective to perform SPE dehydration
and dryness promptly. It is possible to operate it effeciently by combininb
the GL-SPE dryness unit with the vacuum manifold. NM910 can be used as
a nitrogen generator.
