Highly Effective Ligation

Lane 1:Target gene (ARL1) purified by MonoFas I was integrated into the Vector, then amplified and extracted.
Lane 2:Confirming the target gene by restriction and endonuclease treatment.
MonoFas I can increase the ligation efficiency as it highly purifies the fragment DNA. Also neither ethanol precipitation nor phenol extraction before the ligation is necessary.
