Sometimes it is hard to detect phosphopeptide due to the little targeted
protein amount and low ionization efficiency when analyzed by LC/MS and
MALDI-TOF/MS.
Silica Monolith packed in MonoTip TiO is coated by titanium dioxide that selectively traps phosphopeptide. By
simple pipetting operation, MonoTip TiO can trap only phosphopeptide, thus
better detection sensitivity and less analysis time.
Easy to Operate
An easy pipetting operation enables the phosphopeptide enrichment. Unlike
products used IMAC, MonoTip TiO does not need to coordinate the metal linkage.
Large Sample Volume Available
MonoTip TiO is suitable for the sample volume from 50~200µL. About 5 µg
of phosphopeptide can be retained per tip, and also can be enriched by
decreasing the amount of solution.
