Syringe Head Shape Configurations

Configuration	Type	Details
	Cemented Needle Type	Stainless steel needles is cemented accurately at the origin point.
	Interchangeable Needle Type	Several sizes of needle with standard hub is able to be replaced by screwing to syringe. Special PTFE seal in the needle hub prevents leakage.
	Luer Lock Type	Connect head conforms the Standard Luer lock and is widely used for instruments such as autosampler, diluter etc.

Needle Point Configurations

Configuration	Type	Details
	A type, C type, F type, 61 type	The needle tip is lancet cut (12° cut) to allow smooth penetration with less damage to the septum. Each type differs in the outer diameter, inner diameter, and length of the needle.
	B type	The needle tip has a lancet cut (12° cut). 0.52 mm and 0.43 mm tapered needles.
	D type	The needle tip has a 90° cut.
	E type	Side-hole needles are used when clogging of the needle is a problem.
	R type, WTS type	The tip of the needle is 90° cut and is suitable for injecting the sample into a HPLC injector, such as a Rheodyne Waters.
	HP type, AOC type	The needle tip is conical and Agilent. The needle tip is suitable for injection of the autosampler at Shimadzu.
	L type	Luer-lock (GLL) type exclusive replacement needle.
