Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet agent. It is used for treatment of thrombosis, such as stroke and myocardial infarction. Aspirin, which is famous as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), also has an antiplatelet effect.
Advantages and safety of combination drug of clopidogrel and aspirin have been studied and discussed. In this note, clopidogrel and aspirn were successfully separated by using Inertsil ODS-4 with superior peak shapes.
