The Fab was purified from CHO cell culture fluid by MonoSpin ProL. The HPLC results before and after purification were compared using MonoSelect RP-mAb as the analytical column. This comparison and the result of SDS-PAGE confirm purification of Fab by MonoSpin ProL.
